इस Structure में Inrerrogative sentences बनाने हेतु Auxiliary verbs (was/were) को Subject के पहले प्रयोग करते हैं। जैसे:

I, He, She, It, Names एवं Singular Subjectsसाथ was का प्रयोग तथा you, they एवं plural Subjects के साथ were का प्रयोग किया जाता है।
